Rental Policies
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in is after 3:30 P.M. and check out is before 11:00 A.M unless otherwise agreed upon with Bellevue Crossing.
SMOKING This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking inside the home will incur an additional cleaning charge.
PETS Pets are not permitted in Bellevue Crossing.
PAYMENT A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation unless otherwise agreed upon with the owners of Bellevue Crossing. The balance is due on check in. All payments to be made by Master Card or Visa. Your credit card number will be held as security in the event of damage or loss.
CANCELLATIONS If a guest needs to cancel we are able to offer a refund on their deposit, minus a $75.00 cancellation fee, up until 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival date. Guests canceling 14 days or less from their scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund. In the event that the property owner must cancel a booking due to an unforeseen occurrence (fire, flood, natural disaster), the guest will receive a full refund.
DAMAGE AND MISSING HOUSEHOLD ITEMS Any damage caused by guest during their stay, outside of normal wear and tear, will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Any household items missing upon the guest’s departure will also be charged to the guest’s credit card. Please note if any household items are damaged or broken during your visit so that we can replace them.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. After every seven nights stay, we will perform light housekeeping including washing all linens, dusting and general maintenance.
CLEANING POLICY Upon leaving Bellevue Crossing at the end of your stay, guests should leave the home in the condition they found it upon arrival. Not doing so will result in an additional cleaning fee being charged. Please note the following: • Linens should be left on the beds • Place used towels in the bathtub • Walls, floors furniture and appliances should be cleaned if soiled • All household items to be returned to their proper places • Dishes and cookware to be cleaned and put away • Any groceries brought by the guest should be removed • Sinks, toilets, and tubs to be clean (we will scrub and disinfect everything) • Garbage to be bagged, tied, and placed in the garbage bin outside the front gate
OCCUPANCY The number of guests is limited to those stated on the rental agreement unless otherwise approved by the property owner. Additional guests will be charged at $25 per person per night. Failing to inform the property owner of the number of guests on site may result in immediate eviction from the premises.
MINIMUM STAY This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay between May 1 and September 30. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
